1. Your Booking Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your booking up to 3 days prior to the check-in date (14:00 hrs) without giving any reason for cancellation.
The deadline for cancelling a reservation is strictly 3 days before the check-in date and time.
2. How To Cancel Your Booking
To exercise your cancellation rights, the reservation must be cancelled through the same source from where the booking was originally made.
